Shipping policy

Free delivery across Lebanon, cash on delivery

Delivery is free on every order in Lebanon, whatever the amount. Orders in Beirut arrive within 24 hours, and everywhere else in Lebanon within 1 to 3 days. Pay in cash when your order arrives, in US dollars or Lebanese pounds at the market rate, or pay online with PayPal.

Worldwide shipping by DHL Express (4 to 7 days)

HydroBloom ships to every country outside Lebanon by DHL Express for a flat $4.99, including the Gulf countries. Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. Orders outside Lebanon are paid online at checkout. Cash on delivery is available in Lebanon only.

BloomLift and Ramsha are delivered within Lebanon only.

Customs and import taxes

Orders shipped outside Lebanon can be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the customer on arrival and are not included in the product price or the shipping fee. Delivery times do not include customs clearance.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse the same day. Delivery times are estimates and depend on stock availability.

Delays and addresses

TrueBloom is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by customs, for parcels lost in transit, or for orders sent to an incorrect or invalid address. No refunds are given for reasonable delivery delays. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us right away and we will make it right, as set out in our refund policy.
